In most towns and cities across South Africa the bottom has fallen out the property market.

Commercial and residential properties stay on the market for longer, unable to sell despite historically low interest rates.

Vacancies are at an all time high.

Absence of service delivery caused major job losses. Companies and small businesses have fled or have gone under.

Capital flight continues unabated due to punitive ANC and DA property rates and taxes. In 2021, the ANC and its copycats, the DA, hiked rates and tariffs yet again, despite widespread economic hardship due to the pandemic and lock downs.

Revenue collected at local authority level more often than not is used to fund the perks and lifestyles of out of touch fat cat local councilors, looters and a litany of unqualified party hacks.

Unqualified ANC deployed mobs have reduced countless municipalities to rubble. The high tax loving DA has deployed many DA cadres with bogus qualifications.

ANC destroys cities and towns and then renames them.

Those who have the primordial desire to name things should get into the habit of building it first.

It is beyond time that home owners, ratepayers, long suffering hard workers and taxpayers unite against the overpaid, under qualified and clueless local career politicians.

Save the property market.

Strengthen home ownership.

Dump the fat cat career politicians.

Vote for lower property rates and taxes.
