South Africa and the SA economy need

-urgent quality job creation and massive capital investment by foreigners (major personal and corporate tax reductions will do it),

-scrapping of all restrictive and race based labour laws,

-a boost to individual property ownership (by allowing full personal  income tax deductions of all paid up utility bills and all finance, security, maintenance, repair  and domestic employee costs),

-free enterprise all round (sell off all State owned Enterprises, privatize the lot),

-scrapping of all red tape delaying independent energy generation,

-significant easing of mining restrictions (just dump Gwede and the  communist red tape),

-a medical aid for every citizen and private healthcare for all South Africans (continue with state healthcare and South Africans on average will die before their time – life expectancy in SA is now lower than in many other African countries),

-sale of unused or unproductive state land/property to pay off  SA sovereign debt, currently at USD 235 billion (USD 235 000 000 000) or ZAR 3.8 trillion (R 3 800 000 000 000), debt for the most representing/ mirroring revenue lost to state capture,

-the introduction of equity participation for ALL meritorious company employees, of up to (say) 10% of total company equity and

– an efficient and scrupulous government that spends and wastes much less.

Cyril is a champagne socialist by delusional conviction and Tito is unable or unwilling to cook up anything of consequence – Finance Minister time after time talks the talk, but fails to walk the walk.

To do the right thing for ALL South Africans will take ballsy testicular fortitude, and then some.

The Budget Speech of 2021 will be a damp squib.

Or taxes will go up.

Either way all South Africans lose.
